Who processes the data

Personal data processed through TsamiGO Worker is controlled by Riviera Group LLC, the owner and operator of TsamiGO.

Who can use TsamiGO Worker

TsamiGO Worker is intended for contractors who provide services through TsamiGO and have been granted access by the Company.

Access to the application is provided after the relevant service agreement has been concluded and the contractor has been authorized in TsamiGO.

Data we process

• name and contact details associated with the contractor account;
• account identifier, role and access status;
• information about the service agreement and its status where required to verify access;
• assigned order information and order history;
• client information necessary to fulfil an assigned order, including name, phone number, pickup point, destination and other order details;
• precise location data collected during an active trip;
• device information and push-notification token where required for application notifications.

Location data

TsamiGO Worker collects precise location data only while the contractor is performing an active trip for an assigned order.

Location collection may continue while the application is minimized or not actively used on screen if the active trip is still in progress.

Location collection is stopped when the active trip is completed or location tracking for that trip is otherwise terminated.

Why location is used

• to determine the driver's current location during an active trip;
• to monitor the progress and proper fulfilment of an assigned order;
• to record the route travelled during the trip;
• to resolve operational issues, complaints and disputes related to an order;
• to protect the legitimate interests and safety of clients, contractors and the Company in connection with the performance of an order.

Storage of trip location history

Location points collected during an active trip are stored as part of the relevant order history after the trip has ended.

Route information may be retained for as long as the related order, contract or service records are retained, including where retention is necessary to verify fulfilment of an order, resolve disputes or comply with legal obligations.

Client data available to the contractor

The contractor receives only the client data required to fulfil the assigned order.

Client data may be used only for fulfilment of the relevant order and must not be used for personal purposes, advertising, independent solicitation or unauthorized disclosure to third parties.

How other data is used

• authorizing and maintaining access to TsamiGO Worker;
• displaying and managing assigned orders;
• communicating with the contractor about orders and service operation;
• sending operational push notifications;
• maintaining order and service history;
• support, security, fraud prevention and resolution of disputes.

Who may receive the data

Contractor and trip data may be available to authorized Riviera Group LLC personnel and other authorized TsamiGO operational users where access is necessary to manage or verify an order.

Technical service providers may process only the data required to provide their technical functions. For example, Google Firebase may process device and push-notification identifiers used to deliver notifications.

Personal data may also be disclosed where required by applicable law or a lawful request of a competent authority.

Account access and deletion requests

Access to TsamiGO Worker depends on the contractor's authorization and the status of the relationship with the Company.

A contractor may contact TsamiGO support to request correction or deletion of personal data. Termination of access or an account deletion request does not require immediate deletion of order, contract, route or other records that the Company must or may lawfully retain for legal, accounting, security or dispute-resolution purposes.

Data security

TsamiGO uses organizational and technical measures intended to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or loss.

The contractor must keep account credentials confidential and must not provide account access to third parties.
